I know PCOS is something many of you struggle with and try to manage so wanted to share a great ebook that my friend Lauren has recently made. Well written and easy to go through, and a very good starting place for all of my ladies with PCOS.

This book is for EVERYONE, this is stuff we should all know about our hormones and fertility and I love that she wrapped it up in a visually pleasing, and easy to understand perfect little bundle. It’s easy to read, but she actually knows what she is talking about and somehow makes food science simple. As a nutrition student, I’m so glad she included some of these key topics that are normally looked over. Eating for your hormones (which foods have bioavailable components that your body uses for synthesis… Yes almonds, yes butter, yes avo. Which supplements support your hormone processes (I learned so much about the B vitamin folate and how it helps your cycle). Food isn’t everything, she also included some details about living non-toxic (pssst, she might have included a specific list of chemicals to watch out for).
